Shipping policy
This policy applies to physical goods purchased from thewhitewhaletattoosociety.com. Tattoo sessions and gift cards are not shipped.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 business days from purchase, Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Destinations
We ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Estimated delivery times
- Italy: 2 to 5 business days from shipment.
- European Union: 4 to 10 business days from shipment.
- Rest of the world: 7 to 21 business days from shipment.
These are estimates provided by our courier. Delays caused by carriers, customs or weather are outside our control.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are paid on delivery. We are not able to estimate them in advance.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at support@thewhitewhaletattoosociety.com and we will open an investigation with the courier.
Refused or unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was refused at delivery, unclaimed at the local pickup point, or because the shipping address was incorrect, we will refund the order minus the original shipping cost and any return shipping cost charged by the courier.
