Refund policy

This policy applies to physical goods purchased from thewhitewhaletattoosociety.com. Tattoo sessions, tattoo deposits and gift cards are not covered by this policy.

14-day right to return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@thewhitewhaletattoosociety.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Returns sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.

EU 14-day right of withdrawal

Customers based in the European Union have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 21/2014. The 14-day right to return above is granted under and consistent with this right.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards.
  • Tattoo session deposits and tattoo sessions.
  • Items returned without prior approval or outside the 14-day window.
  • Items returned in a condition that is not the same as when received.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us at support@thewhitewhaletattoosociety.com within 7 days, attaching photos so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original purchase and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund is issued on the original payment method within 10 business days. Additional time may be needed by your bank to process the credit.
